About product
Description

Field of application: structural plastering of plastered, concrete, silicate blocks, plasterboard, brickwork and other mineral surfaces inside buildings.

Features: ready for use, good adhesion to the surface, easy to apply and level, weak, specific smell, tintable.

Surface preparation: Surfaces must be clean, sound and dry. To remove adhesion-reducing substances - grease, grease, dust, glue, mortar residues, old peeling paint, chalky surfaces. Weak and porous surfaces must first be primed with PRO UNIGRUNT primer, then with PRO.KONTAKT adhesion-enhancing primer, solid surfaces (concrete, GKP surfaces) should be immediately primed with PRO.KONTAKT adhesion-increasing primer (if the decorative plaster is tinted, the primer is also recommended to be tinted with the color corresponding to the decorative plaster).

Working conditions: the substrate and ambient temperature during work and drying must not be lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C, the optimal working conditions are at a temperature of +20°C and 65% relative air humidity. Cement surfaces must be mature (apply structural plaster EKO.KRATZ no earlier than 28 days on new plaster or reinforcement mixture layer, and no earlier than 90 days on concrete). Make sure that aggressive chemical substances do not migrate to the surface applied with structural plaster EKO.KRATZ.

Plastering: mix the plaster well before use. On the surface to be plastered, the plaster can be applied mechanized (spraying equipment) or applied manually (metal trowel) and leveled with a plastic trowel.

Costs: depending on fraction size 1.0mm - 1.8-2.1kg/m² 1.5mm - 2.3-2.6kg/m²; 2.0mm – 3.1-3.4kg/m²; 2.5mm – 3.3-3.7kg/m²; 3.0mm – 4.6-5.0kg/m².

Drying time: at +20°C temperature and 65% relative air humidity: ~24 hours.

Cleaning tools: Rinse with water immediately after work.

Color: White, various shades available.

Storage and transport conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from freezing!

Technical data: binder - copolymer acrylic dispersion; density (comparative weight) – 1.8 kg/l; amount of non-volatile substances - ? 80%; fraction size - 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm; the diluent is water.

Environmental and occupational safety: Do not pour plaster into drains, watercourses or soil. Plaster has a specific smell. Try not to inhale the vapors. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach of children. EUH208 - May cause an allergic reaction.
