The thickness of the applied layer
is 0.5 - 4 mm.
Area of use: for leveling plastered, concrete and other mineral surfaces on the outside and inside of buildings before painting with PRO paint FASAD SILSIL, FASAD SILICON or FASADA.
Properties: ready-to-use, coarse-grained, good adhesion to the surface, not strong, specific smell, good vapor permeability, easy to apply and level, easy to sand.
Surface preparation: Surfaces to be plastered must be clean, firm and dry. To remove substances that reduce adhesion - grease, dust, glue, mortar residues, old peeling paint, chalky surfaces. Before grouting, prime the solid surfaces prepared in this way with the PRO PRIMER, CONsolidating primer, and prime the weak and porous surfaces with the UNIGRUNT PRO primer.
Sealing conditions: the substrate and ambient temperature during work and drying must not be lower than +5°C, optimal sealing conditions are at a temperature of +20°C and 65% relative air humidity.
Putty: Before use, stir the putty lightly until smooth. Apply the putty manually (with a trowel) or mechanized in a layer of 0.5 - 4 mm and level it. Sealing again (applying another layer of putty) is possible only after the first layer of putty has completely dried. Between the putty layers, if the putty surface was scrubbed, prime with PRO SILSIL primer. Before painting, prime surfaces covered with PRO.FASAD putty with PRO SILSIL primer.
Consumption: 0.9 - 7.5 kg/m² depending on the smoothness of the putty surface.
Drying time: at an air temperature of +20°C and a relative air humidity of 65%: ~2 - 24 hours (depending on the thickness of the applied putty).
Cleaning tools: Wash tools with water immediately after work.
Storage and transport conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from freezing!
Environmental and occupational safety: Do not pour putty into drains, watercourses or soil. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
