Water dispersion textured paint

Fields of application: for textural painting of plaster, gypsum board, brick masonry, concrete, mineral surfaces and various boards, formation of an embossed finishing layer on the reinforcement coating of facade insulation systems.

TEXTURE 400, 800 - resistant to weathering, washable, suitable for textured painting and decoration of

building facades and interiors.

Features: solvent-free, water-diluted, with a mild, characteristic odour, easily formed and elastic, matte.

For internal and external applications.

Surface preparation: the base must be solid (not cramble), dry and clean. Remove all adhesion-reducing

materials - oil, dust, mortar residues, old peeling paint, chalky surface. Weak and porous surfaces prime

with PRO primer SILSIL, then with PRO primer KONTAKT, which increases the adhesion to the surface,

hard surfaces prime immediately with PRO primer KONTAKT (if textured paints are tinted, it is also

recommended to tint the primer with the appropriate color).

Painting conditions: the base and ambient temperature during work and drying must be at least +5°C;

the optimum painting conditions are at +20°C and 65% RH. New plaster can be painted no sooner than after

14 days. Do not work in direct sunlight and strong draughts. Painting: it is recommended to use the paint

of a single batch and single pigmentation for the same area. This will help to avoid different shades.

Stir the paint carefully; if necessary, dilute with water up to 10%. Apply the paint evenly on the surface

with a brush, roller or mechanized spray. Form the applied layer with a roller or other tools. Paint in one coat.

Consumption: 0,8 – 1,8 kg/ m² (400 Faktūra), 1,1 – 2,1 kg/ m² (800 Faktūra) depending on the relief structure

formed.

Drying time: at +20°C and 65% relative air humidity, the paint is not sticky after 1 - 2 hour. A paint film fully

firms no sooner than after 24 days.

Cleaning of tools: wash the tools with water immediately after use.

and carriage conditions: at least +5°C and not higher than +30°C, in a tightly closed container. Protect from

direct sunlight and freezing!

Environmental and work safety: do not pour paint into drains, waters or soil. Avoid breathing

vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable

respiratory protective equipment. If swallowed, immediately call a poison control center or doctor.

Keep away from children.

Volatile organic compounds: 1.1.3c) VOC threshold limit – 40 g/l. The maximum in ready to use product 39.95 g/l.
