Field of application: for levelling wooden, gypsum plaster, cement and other mineral surfaces indoors before painting with water dispersion paints of class 1-5 or wallpapering. Recommended for all layers.

Features: ready to use, good adhesion with surface, mild, characteristic odour, colour-mixing, easily applied and levelled, it has long working time, easily sanded and slightly absorbing water.

Surface preparation: the surface to be puttied must be clean, firm and dry. Remove all adhesion-reducing materials - oil, grease, dust, adhesives, mortar, old peeling paint, chalky surface. Before applying the filler, cover the prepared surfaces with the primer PRO SKVARBUSIS, SUTVIRTINANTIS, and cover weak, porous, limy and chalky surfaces with the PRO primer SPECIAL BLUE.

Working conditions: the base and ambient temperature during work and drying should not be lower than +5°C; the optimum priming conditions are +20°C and 65% RH.

Use: mix the filler well before use. Apply the filler manually (with a spatula) in a 0,2 - 1,5mm layer and level it. For mechanical application use specially prepared putty marked by the note “PURŠKIAMAS”. A second layer can be applied only after the first layer of filler has completely dried. The dry surface of applied putty is sanded by 150-220 grubby abrasive paper or a grid. If the puttied surface has been polished, cover it with the primer PRO SKVARBUSIS, SUTVIRTINANTIS between the layers. Before painting, if the puttied surface has been polished, cover it with the PRO primer UNIGRUNT. If the puttied surface hasn’t been polished, there is no need to prime.

Consumption: 0,3 – 2,6 kg/m² depending on the smoothness of the primed surface.

Drying time: when the air temperature is 20°C and the relative air humidity is 65%, 1 mm applied putty layer could be polished after 3-5 hours, putty completely dried after 24 hours.

Cleaning of tools: the tools must be washed with water immediately after use.

Storage and carriage conditions: In a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C, in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing! 

Environmental and work safety: do not pour the filler into drains, water bodies or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory protective equipment. If swallowed, immediately call a poison control center or doctor. If got into the eyes, immediately wash it with a large amount of water. Keep away from children.

Duration of validity: 18 months from date of manufacture. Look on the package.
