About product
Description

Field of application: for leveling plasterboard, plastered, concrete and other mineral surfaces before painting with 1-5 class water dispersion paints or wallpapering, as well as for gluing paper tapes on GKP seams and on internal and external corner joints. For interior work. Recommended for all putty layers.

Properties: ready to use, good adhesion to the surface and paper, as well as paper - metallized tape, no strong specific smell, easy to apply and level, very little shrinkage ("sits") when drying and no cracking, easy to sand.

Surface preparation: Surfaces to be plastered must be clean, firm and dry. To remove substances that reduce adhesion - grease, grease, dust, glue, mortar residues, old peeling paint, chalky surfaces. Before grouting, prime surfaces prepared in this way with PENETRATING, CONsolidating primer, and weak, porous, calcareous or chalky surfaces with PRO primer SPECIAL BLUE.

Sealing conditions: the substrate and ambient temperature during work and drying must not be lower than +5°C, optimal sealing conditions are at a temperature of +20°C and 65% relative air humidity.

Putty: Before use, stir the putty lightly until smooth. Apply the putty manually (with a trowel) or mechanized

n a layer of 0.2-3 mm and level it. Sealing again (applying another layer of putty) is possible only after the first layer of putty has completely dried. Between the putty layers, if they will be scrubbed, prime with PRO PENETRATING, CONsolidating primer. For surface scrubbing, use a scrubbing mesh from No. 120 to No. 220. Before painting, if the plastered surface was scrubbed, prime with PRO primer UNIGRUNT.

Consumption: 0.3 - 1.6 kg/m² depending on the smoothness of the plastered surface.

Drying time: at an air temperature of +20°C and a relative air humidity of 65%, the surface applied with a 1 mm putty layer can be sanded after 2-4 hours, and the putty dries completely after 24 hours.

Cleaning tools: Wash tools with water immediately after work.

Storage and transport conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!

Environmental and occupational safety: Do not pour putty into drains, watercourses or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of contact with eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water. In case of insufficient ventilation, use suitable respiratory protection. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately.
